1 General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the apk4c platform and its users. By accessing apk4c.cam or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Always keep your password and login details confidential. Any transaction made using your account — even without your knowledge or approval — will be considered your responsibility, unless you notify us immediately.

• Do not share your password or OTP with anyone.
• Always log in from a secure and personal device.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, inform our support team immediately.
• It is advised not to log in to your account using public Wi-Fi.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on apk4c are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We support bKash, Nagad and Rocket as secure and fast payment methods.

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300.
• Registration must be completed before depositing funds into the account.
• The mobile number and payment account used for deposits must be your own.
• Depositing via a third party is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawal funds will only be sent to the same payment account used for the deposit.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

apk4c offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

Welcome bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 100% bonus of up to ৳15,000 on their first deposit. To withdraw this bonus, a wager of 25 times the total bonus amount must be placed.

General Bonus Rules

• A member may use each promotional offer only once.
• Direct withdrawal from the bonus balance is not possible — until wagering is completed.
• Attempting to take advantage of bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
• apk4c reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting activities on apk4c are conducted in accordance with the following rules:

• A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Bets placed on odds that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error may be considered void.
• If uncertainty or a dispute arises in any event, apk4c will announce a decision after conducting the necessary investigation.
• Results in sports betting events will be determined based on the official announcement by the relevant authority.

Game Results and Fairness

All casino games on apk4c are operated using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Results are completely impartial and not predetermined. If you have any objection regarding a game result, notify the support team within 24 hours.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on apk4c and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Employing any strategy to abuse bonuses or promotions.
• Using any form of fraud, software or bots on the platform.
• Depositing funds from a third party or placing bets on their behalf.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Harassing or deceiving other users.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

apk4c reserves the right to investigate, suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Suspicion of a breach of any clause of the Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• Providing a false identity or information.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. Before closing the account, settle all pending bets and complete the withdrawal of any eligible balance. Bonus balances are not withdrawable unless wagering requirements have been met.

9 Responsible Gaming Policy
